1. A $400 non-refundable payment per traveler is due at the time of booking.
2. The remaining payment is due 90 days before the travel departure date.
3. If a cancellation happens prior to 60 days before the travel departure date, 50% of the total payment is refunded.
4. If a cancellation happens within 60 days before the travel departure date, no refund.

Your orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order was placed. In cases of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified accordingly. We will deliver all your travel bookings within 90 days of your travel departure date.
